Welcome to Scott’s Deli. I am Scott and I LOVE my job.

I found a passion for food early in life, which (like many foodies) came from my Mom, Trudy.  I am lucky that I can now also call her my partner.  Having spent the last few years as an executive chef at a golf and country club in Kansas I am thrilled to finally be fulfilling my dream of owning a sandwich shop, I just never imagined it would be on this island paradise.

Here is what you can expect from us at Scott’s Deli - great food, great value, friendly service and a happy atmosphere.  All of our ingredients are locally sourced when possible and always fresh.  I also love to bake, so in addition to our standard menu, new treats will be featured weekly.   Come and taste the love!
